For Our Mentors
You bring more than advice — you bring experience, networks, and hard-won perspective.
Your role is to share knowledge, open doors, and help the next generation of Citadel women find their own answers. Use a coaching-inspired approach: ask sharp questions, listen actively, and give honest feedback.
Commit to meeting with your mentee regularly, and build the kind of relationship that outlasts the program season. These connections define what it means to be part of the Long Gray Line.
